Kung Fu training at this school is geared specifically towards fighting ability. Anyone who is willing to work hard can learn; no prior martial arts experience, particular body type, or fitness level is required. Students develop structure, positional strength, and undeniable stopping power, while also improving physical fitness and relaxation.
